Product Availability
All i’MP pieces are produced in limited quantities. Certain items are offered on a pre-order basis, meaning production begins after an order is placed. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the stated production and delivery timeframe.
Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
Due to the limited, made-to-order nature of i’MP collections, all sales are final and refunds are not offered. Size exchanges are accepted, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We encourage clients to review sizing charts and product details carefully prior to purchase. For any questions before ordering, our team is happy to assist.
