All i’MP Velvet Sets are made-to-order. Each piece is crafted by hand to your selected size, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
Once the pre-order window closes, production requires 28–30 days to complete.
 

Delivery Timeline

After production, please allow 3–5 business days for us to receive the finished pieces. Orders are then prepared and packaged immediately, and shipped out as quickly as possible.
Standard shipping times will vary based on your location, and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made for your selected size, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on pre-order items.
However, if you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
